Made by Blanker pieces are handcrafted with intention. Made-to-order and custom creations may incorporate personalized details, preserved florals, meaningful objects, engravings, specialty materials, or design elements selected specifically for you.

Because these pieces are created specifically for each order, please review the following before placing your order.

✨ Customization & Approval

Please carefully review all names, dates, dimensions, colors, design selections, personalization details, and other information before approving your order.

Once materials have been sourced or work has begun, certain changes may not be possible. Changes requested after production begins may result in additional costs or an adjusted completion timeframe.

✨ The Nature of Handmade Work

No two handmade pieces will be exactly alike. Natural characteristics and subtle variations in resin, wood, preserved florals, color, texture, placement, and other materials are part of what makes each Made by Blanker creation unique.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

✨ Returns & Exchanges

Because made-to-order and custom pieces are created specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or previously approved design selections.

If there is a concern with the craftsmanship of your piece, please contact Made by Blanker so I can review it with you.

✨ Damage During Delivery

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact madebyblanker@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photographs of the piece and its packaging.

Each situation will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
