Made to Order Terms

✨ Each Made by Blanker piece is intentionally handcrafted, often personalized or custom-designed with materials, engravings, and/or florals that are unique to you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.

✨ Please take extra care when placing your order. Review all customization details (names, dates, design choices, etc.) before submitting, as we begin sourcing and crafting your item shortly after your order is placed.

✨ If you believe you received an item with a defect or damage during transit, please contact us at madebyblanker@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

✨ Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis if the item is determined to be genuinely faulty and not due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling.
